Japanese style & Chinese style are a little bit different how to make steam breads.
Generally, Japanese way is not use oil & dry yeast.
Today I tried to make Chinese way using the Home baking.
I like to eat almost any food, and I feel satisfactions. However every I cooked some food, taste & workmanship were always
not satisfaction. After I finished cooking, I felt tiredness.
My idea & vision heighten to my mind. But after cooking, I am not happy.
Today, it was so, too.
I tried to make dry meat for a treat food of my pet.
I put at outside under the sun for two days. They became so hard meat, like plastics. I gave a small meat to him. He had
eaten at once without chews. So, he is a dog. I will not make it for YUU. I need too much energy to make it.
